Job Description
Infosurv is seeking a full-time Senior Research Manager to serve two main roles with our Operations division. Firstly, this person will be managing a team of talented Project Managers, IT staff, and Research Analysts. The Senior Research Manager is responsible for balancing workload across our Operations team, conducting employee performance reviews, and other general management duties.

Secondly, this is also a client service role, requiring the management of actual research projects for Infosurv clients. This involves guiding clients through each step of Infosurv’s survey process, answering client questions via phone and email, and solving any issues that may arise in a responsive and courteous manner. Since our Senior Research Manager will have at his/her disposal a team of highly trained technical and analytical personnel, the job does not involve any survey programming, coding, or data analysis. The Senior Research Manager also serves as a liaison between our Operations team and Sales team, often providing strategic guidance in the Sales process.

The job is open for immediate hire. All work will be conducted at our office in Buckhead.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
- Minimum 2-3 years of market research experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain attention to detail
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
